The construction of the new and modernized Pala-o Public Market, which comes with a hefty budget of PHP 400 million, is expected to begin next month. This project aims to transform the city's commercial landscape, replacing the old and deteriorated market that had served generations of Iliganons. With the clearing of the old market completed last month, excitement among local vendors and consumers continues to build as the city gears up for this ambitious redevelopment.
